As Senior Vice President of Strategic Sourcing for Gap Inc., Johnathon Baker leads a global team with offices in San Francisco, New York, Columbus, Mexico City, London, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Tokyo. With a total spend under management of $3B across all Gap Inc. Brands (Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, Athleta, Hill City, Janie and Jack, Intermix), his global team sources products and services across direct & indirect categories of 3rd party products, marketing, store development, IT, corporate services and logistics. Johnathon sits on the Gap Inc. Diversity & Inclusion Council and is the Executive Sponsor of the Gap Inc. Environmental Council. Prior to Gap Inc., Johnathon has held leadership positions at other global corporations including VP Global Sourcing at Starbucks, Chief Procurement Officer at Safeco Insurance & Director of Sourcing at Delta Air Lines.
