Pamela has more than a decade worth of experience as a sourcing professional with major global corporations in the oil & gas, mining and banking industry. She possesses a wealth of experience in leading top spend sourcing projects across all spend types in both direct and indirect space including Technology and Corporate Services.

She is currently in the Governance space for Third Party Risk in Supply Chain Management for Standard Chartered Bank, where she runs the Risk Committee for the department and also holds the pen for multiple Third Party Risk-related papers. Prior to that, she is the Lead for Sourcing (Commercial) for Standard Chartered Singapore heading a team overseeing all spend in Singapore .With her sourcing leadership, savings in 2020 has risen nearly three-fold since 2017. In terms of organization transformation and change management, Pamela is well versed in Agile methodology and contributes actively as a Scrum Master for a company-wide process improvement initiative.

Previously, she had led the Regional Sourcing Corporate Services team (non-Tech) and managed five category managers in Singapore. She had also spearheaded strategic sourcing projects and leading strategic supplier partnerships in the technology and BPO space as well as in direct commodities and trading. In one occasion, she has managed to triple the original scope of spend to drive >25% cost reduction overall in her negotiations with vendor through effective business partnering.
