Rui is currently Deutsche Bank’s Head of Procurement for APAC. In this capacity, Rui looks after the cross-category management and material addressable third party spend of a diverse vendor portfolio across 15 countries. Rui joins Deutsche from Barclays where he was a founding member of the Barclays Sourcing Center in Singapore, responsible for the Bank’s global strategic sourcing and category management across the UK, Western Europe, US, and Africa.  He managed sourcing teams focused on technology and operations services in payments, cash management, commercial and consumer credit data and debt recovery.
