Tay Ter Long

Ter Long joined JTC in Feb 2017 as Director, Contracts and Procurement and was promoted to Group Director in July 2018. He oversees the procurement and contract management functions in JTC covering all construction (and other public agencies construction projects under our Center of Excellence role of the Government) and corporate contracts including revenue contracts.

He has more than 17 years of experience in the real estate / construction industry. He started his career as a QS since graduation from NUS in 2001, and was promoted to Executive Director of Arcadis (then Davis Langdon & Seah / Langdon & Seah) in 2010 as part of the management team of the Singapore office. During his time in Arcadis, he led and managed several project teams supporting developers (both private and public agencies) on various types of developments; Mixed Developments, Hotels, Healthcare, Retail, Offices, Industrial, Condominiums, etc. Some notable projects include the South Beach Mixed Development, North Point City & Residences, St Regis, W Hotel, NUH Medical Centre, and St Andrew’s Village.
