Thomas Delory

Thomas is a procurement executive with over 15 years of experience in both FMCG (Carlsberg and previously Nestlé) and B2B Packaging sectors (Westrock). A strong believer in the importance of strategic sourcing management to achieve long term success, he has developed within organizations where leadership has embraced this reality, putting procurement at its right strategic place.

He has procured all categories including Operations and Commercial Indirects, Capex, Logistics and Raw Materials, but his longest term expertise comes from the Packaging categories. He is now based in Hong Kong, where he currently lives with his wife and three children, leading the Asia procurement team for the Carlsberg Group.

Thomas, 40, was born and brought up in harbor city of La Rochelle, France where he spent most of his free time sailing on the family boat or racing Dinghies.

He was educated in France, UK and Australia and holds a University Degree in Marine Biolology & Oceanography, a Master degree in Food Process Engineering & Quality Management and a Master degree in International Procurement from the MAI in Bordeaux.
