Ulas Ozcan

Ulaş Özcan is Vestel's Chief Supply Chain and Procurement Officer, leading end-to-end supply chain, sourcing, and procurement operations across one of Europe's largest consumer electronics and home appliances manufacturers. With over 25 years of experience at Vestel, Özcan's career is defined by combination of Asia expertise and enterprise-wide operational experience. He opened Vestel's first Asia office in Taiwan in 1998, subsequently leading sourcing and procurement operations across Hong Kong and Shanghai before ascending to senior leadership roles running entire region's operations. Since January 2025, he was appointed to establish Vestel's global supply chain and procurement organization, working hybrid between China and Turkey, driving the transformation toward integrated planning, end to end supply chain, and digital infrastructure at scale.
