Be ready, and prepare to learn new things, new ideas, suggestions and criticism. This helps you during your review as you are being evaluated if you are fit to the business, and if you can adapt to a new environment.

I am excited to discuss the lack of tertiary level of procurement professional training and education that has hindered the efficiency and productivity to support the challenges that company endured over the years. This forum can share knowledge to discuss opportunities to develop and create awareness on the overdue educational platform within this profession.
